ROSARIO SCARPATO

Rosario Scarpato is both a food, wine and travel writer and a TV producer and director. He has written, produced and directed “I viaggi del Goloso Globale”, a series for Rai Sat Gambero Rosso (Italy). He has contributed to the monthly magazines Gambero Rosso (Italy) and Sobremesa (Spain); in addition his articles have been published in both the newspaper The Age-Epicure and the magazine Divine (Australia), as well as in Cuisine & Vins (Argentina). Besides having an extensive expertise in gourmet travelling and ethnic cuisines, he specializes in Italian Cuisine outside Italy. He is the Honorary President of GVCI.
