The Jury:

This year´s Jury will be composed as always by prestigious members of the food and wine industry: Luigi Cremona, Chef Marco Sacco (Piccolo Lago Restaurant, Verbaina), Chef Aira Piva (Italian Cuisine Word Summit Culinary Director), Rossano Boscolo (Boscolo Etoile Academy) and Rosario Scarpato. The ceremony will take place in New York City during the next IDIC edition.
