All together in the same day have cooked one of the most delicious dishes of Italian Cuisine: Parmigiana di Melanzane (Eggplant Parmigiana). The IDIC is a worldwide celebration of authentic and quality Italian Cuisine. Cooking Parmigiana di Melanzane, on that day, according to its authentic recipe has been a way to preserve the identity of Italian Cuisine and protect the right of Italian food lovers all around the world of getting authentic Italian cuisine when they walk in an Italian Restaurant. The aim of the IDIC is to defend Italian cuisine from bogus and counterfeiting as well as introducing the world to the authentic versions of famous Italian dishes. As in the past the backbone of the global ola of Parmigiana have been the itchefs- GVCI associates in over 75 countries together with Italian Food lovers from all over world.
