Idic 2015 Parmigiana Day: Happy Birthday Luigi Cremona


IDIC is celebrated on January 17 of each year. For a happy coincidence this date has coincided with the 70th birthday of one of the most renowned Italian Food and Wine writers, Luigi Cremona. All the chefs, the media and the public who participated in Milan, at the hotel Villa Torretta, to the celebration of IDIC 2015 and Parmigiana di Melanzane, joined together to wish Luigi Cremona all the best for his life and his profession. Luigi Cremona has been a big supporter of Italian Chefs abroad and has always promoted emerging young chefs in Italy, many of them became eventually very famous
